Abstract

This paper compares the ends of economic from homo economicusand homo Islamicusperspective. It is a literature study that is combined with the argumentative approach in order to provide the valid comparison of these two. The end or the goal of economics is one of important component of microfoundations of economics. It will become one deciding factor in chosing the most suitable economic agent for Islamic economics. The result of this study shows that the end of economics from homo economicusperspective, which is maximization of utility, is facing a huge criticism. The same case is shown in the end of economics from homo Islamicusperspective, which is maximization of maslahah. This paper later suggests the use of incremental welfare value as the end of economics.

Abstract

One of the Islam’s doctrine is requires every Muslim always to do good deeds in all conditions and situations. One realization of that is givesome of his property (wakaf). In Law Number 41 of 2004, the issue of cash wakafwas set specifically in the tenth part, thewakaf’s moving object in the form of cash in article 28th stated, wakif can give moving objects of money through the institution of sharia money. Based on that law, the chances of development of the productive wakaf withcash wakaf open widely, one of the priority channeling of cash wakaf is the education’s cost of poor children. In fact in socialization Zisco (zakat donations sadakah consultant) / interpreter adoptee can be nadzir that accept cash wakaf for construct Ulul Asbab mosque and Insan Cendekia boarding school if there is someone will donate cash wakaf. The accumulationof cash wakafin Yatim Mandiri foundation is suitable with the purpose of wakaf’s fundraising those areaccumulate funds, adds the candidate of wakif, improve or build image of Institute, Collecting Investigators / relation and supporters, improve wakif’s satisfaction. Management and Distribution of cash wakafin Yatim Mandiri foundation has notwakaf’s productivity, although there has been financing that the results can be distributed to mauquf alaih. However the currently wakaf channeled directly based on accordance such as cash wakaf for construction and land acquisition ICMBS, building Ulul Albabmosque, to purchase the Koran and wakaf Rumah Kemandirian.

Abstract

Criminal decisions sourced from positive law which regulate the prohibition of gratification have been mainstream on our people’s ears, at least there are 30 types of corruption according to the laws of Indonesia, which are basically grouped into seven, are: 1) state financial losses, 2) bribe, 3) embezzlement of office funds, 4) racketeering, 5) manipulation, 6) conflict of interest in procurement, and 7) gratification. As we know that gratification (risywah) is like a virus that infects every people, especially the stakeholders in this country. At least it is caused bythe weakness of the moral foundation, dishonest, the amount of temptation in the form of material, moreover if it is related with a government system that still has a gap to do it. Related with the points above, this study tries to present the arguments (legal reasons and provisions) from Islamic law viewpoints, then analyzes about authenticity of the meaning of the hadith about the prohibition of gratification more deeply. The procedure for presenting this study begins with analyzing the sanad tree, which is the connection of the sanad and the symbol of the transmission that used by the narrator then the narrator's biography and comments on the sanad. Abstract

BMT is microfinance institution with sharia principles, BMT ia present in giving a sudden spotlight on the welfare of small communities such as BMT Asyiffa, but BMT Asyiffa is curently giving disapointment to members and custumers and trust in welfare matters is lost because the BMT is liquidate. And from the consequences of liquidation, it requeres a protection for BMT customers. To avoid this caos, we can see that the protection of BMT can be seen based on LOw No. 1 of 2013 and Cooperative Law No. 25 of 1992 and we can analyze it with a Consumer Protection Act No. 8 of 1999 which can provide an answer to the unrest of the problem. which is very disturbing to the community. In this case we can see that the problem that is quite urgent is where the inability of a microfinance intitution can be seen from the human resources in managing a financial institution that is not relevant to the provisions that should, and the gap between legal knowlage they have not been able to overcome various problems exist because they only run a BMT with basic capabilities without seeing a risk in front of them.

Abstract

Online Shop Nina's Cake is one of the online cake shop that has four years of pioneering early marketing in the year 2012 only use BBM and facebook. And now more focus on Instagram as a means of online communication that its marketing every year increases and also annoyance increases every year. This study aims to determine the effect of annoyance in the use of social media on brand awareness and purchase intention of consumers study online cake shop Nina's Cake on Instagram. Data analysis technique used is path analysis which at significance level 5% by using questioner as primary data. The study population was the customer of Nina's Cake user in Instragram. Of the population were sampled 100 people. The results showed that annoyance significantly influenced brand awareness by 61.8%. While the annoyance on consumer purchase intention by 30,9% and brand awareness on consumer purchase intention significantly equal to 41,7%

Abstract

Sharia commercial banks are tasked with collecting and distributing public funds. Sharia commercial banks must be trustworthy and improve company performance by providing value to the community and the corporate environment. The better the Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR), the better the value and reputation of the company according to shareholders, the public and bank customers. The study aims to examine the effect of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility on the reputation of sharia commercial banks registered at the OJK in the period 2014-2017. Research uses quantitative approaches and annual reports obtained from the OJK website. ICSR variables are measured by the SRI index and reputation variable of the company is measured by the value of market share. The analysis method uses panel data regression analysis. The results of study, ICSR has a significant effect on the company's reputation. The conclusion is ICSR in accordance with the legitimacy theory that companies that express social responsibility will influence the business continuity and reputation of the company.

Abstract

Pemerintah sebagai leading sector pembangunan ekonomi, dapat memanfaatkan beberapa sumber pembiayaan beberapa diantaranya adalah surat hutang Negara dan surat berharga syariah Negara. Kedua instrument tersebut merupakan instrument keuangan dalam bentuk surat berharga yang penerbitan dan pembayarannya dijamin oleh Undang-undang. Surat hutang Negara merupakan instrument keuangan yang pembayaran kuponnya menggunakan system bunga. Adapun surat berharga syariah Negara instrument keuangan syariah yang pembayarannya menggunakan system syariah disesuaikan dengan prinsip akad yang digunakan. Adanya perbedaan prinsip di atas, menjadikan investor dapat memilih instrumen keuangan yang akan diinginkan. Dan adanya Fatwa DSN yang mengharamkan tentang bunga, semakin mengakomodir kebutuhan umat muslim tentang investasi yang sesuai dengan syariah.
